University of Livingstonia (UNILIA) 2025 Undergraduate Admission

University of Livingstonia (UNILIA) is inviting suitably qualified candidates to apply for admission to its Degree, Diploma programmes for the 2024/2025 Academic
Year as outlined below:

A.UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAMMES

FACULTY OF CLASSICAL EDUCATION

1. Bachelor of Education in Classical Primary Education

• MSCE or its equivalent with six (6) credits including English and Mathematics.

2. Diploma in Classical Primary Education

• MSCE or its equivalent with four (4) credits, including English and any three of the following subjects: Geography, History, Social Development Studies, Religious Studies and Life Skills.

a.Application forms can be accessed on the University website (www.unilia.ac.mw) and all University offices.

b.Applicants are required to provide proof of previous education qualification by attaching copies of notification of results, transcripts and diplomas or certificates where necessary. Submission of false information is not allowed.

c.Applicants should pay a non-refundable application fee of MK10,000 to the bank account given under the Fees Section below. Attach the deposit slip to the application form.

e.Applicants are asked to attach letter of recommendation by clergyor church leaders

f.Successful candidates shall sit for entrance examinations for them to be registered as students.

g.The closing date to receive applications is on 10th February 2025

h.Details of fees payment shall be communicated in admission letters.

i.The programmes are offered on NONE residential basis

j.Arrival of new students will be on 10th March 2025 for orientationwhich shall be for the whole week up to 14th March 2025.

k.Classes shall begin on 17th March 2025.

l.All admitted candidates shall be required to respect and abide by the Christian values as practiced by the CCAP Synod of Livingstonia.

letter where the application forms are not available.

C. FEES STRUCTURE PER SEMESTER:

• • All Fees for bachelor’s degree is as follows:
  1. Local students shall pay MK694, 100 and International students shall pay US$475
  2. Fees for Diploma is MK485,000
