We are pleased to inform you that the University of Goroka (UOG) has officially released the acceptance letters for the 2025 academic year. Congratulations to all the successful applicants who have been offered a place at UOG!
Important Details:
1. Where to Collect Letters:
Acceptance letters are available at the Admissions Office on campus.
For applicants from distant provinces, please check the email address provided in your application forms.
2. Deadline for Response:
All successful applicants must confirm their acceptance by Friday, 14th February 2025. Failure to respond by this date may result in forfeiting your place.
3. Registration Details:
Registration for new students begins on Monday, 24th February 2025, and ends on Friday, 7th March 2025. Ensure all fees and required documents are ready.
4. Orientation Dates:
Orientation week is scheduled from Monday, 3rd March 2025, to Friday, 7th March 2025. Attendance is mandatory for all new students.

The University of Goroka (UOG) has issued a Public Notice regarding the 2025 Tuition Fee Structure. All students, both new and continuing, are required to pay 75% of the total fees by Wednesday, 5th February 2025, prior to registration.
Key Points: Payment Deadline: 75% of total fees must be paid by 5th February 2025.
Payment Method: Fees should be deposited into the UOG BSP Bank Account: 7015847481. Students and sponsors are encouraged to use online banking to ensure timely payment.
Laptop Requirement: All students are required to own a laptop for online classes. The laptop fee component is exempted from the annual tuition fee schedule.
Registration Dates:
New Students: Registration from 10th to 15th February 2025. Orientation begins on 17th February 2025.
Continuing Students: Registration from 17th to 22nd February 2025.
Late Registration: From 10th to 14th March 2025, with a late fee of K200.
