Call for Application – UNDP 2025 National Cadet Program Recruitment Excercise for Liberia Young Graduates. The Ministry Of Youth and Sports, with support from UNDP Liberia has launched the 2025 National Cadet Program recruitment exercise.
This initiative provides short-term employment and internship opportunities in government ministries, agencies, and the private sector. The application period runs from April 10 to April 24, 2025.

The National Cadet Program is a long-standing intervention designed to equip young Liberians with job exposure, practical experiences, and professional mentorship.

Over the years, it has successfully fostered job readiness, training, and sustainable employment opportunities for young people.
Benefits/Stipends
For young graduates seeking career opportunities in Liberia, this program offers a valuable chance to gain hands-on experience while receiving a monthly stipend of US$200 for a three-month internship.
This stipend helps cover living expenses and provides financial support as interns develop essential workplace skills.
Requirements:
To be eligible to participate in the National Cadet Program, you must submit:
- A completed application form;
- A CV;
- One passport photo;
- Either university Transcript or recent Grade Sheet;
- Either Attestation Letter from University or Diploma(Copy of Degree).
How Many Awards
This year, (2025), the program will recruit 150 high-achieving graduates from universities and vocational institutions in Montserrado, Grand Bassa, Nimba, Lofa, and Grand Cape Mount Counties.
This initiative is supported by UNDP Liberia Livelihood and Employment Creation programme implemented in collaboration with the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Liberia (MOCI).
