Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB) Online Application for Letter of Verification (LVR)

Here is how you can apply for Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB) Online application for letter of verification (LVR).Individuals can now apply for Letters of Verification online through the UNEB’s e-Services Portal, which can be accessed HERE

If the Board is satisfied with the information provided, it will issue the Letter of Verification.

REQUIREMENTS (Note: upload scanned copies)

• Introduction Letter from the former School addressed to the Executive Director, UNEB
• A Valid Identity Card of the Applicant e.g. National ID, Passport etc.
• A Police Letter in case of loss or damage of Slip/Certificate.

The Payment is as shown below:-

Ordinary                                                              50,000

Hard Card (substitute for a certificate)        100,000

Special/political purposes                              300,000

(Payable through Airtel/MTN Mobile Money or Bank Deposits (Stanbic Bank (U) Ltd or Centenary Rural Dev’t Bank).

• A payment code will be issued after submission of the required documents, to enable you make payment. After payment, you will receive a sample code (e.g. W00012)
• For Applications on behalf of another person, a letter of authorization and the Identity Document from that person should be attached.
• Processing takes about 5 days.
