Call for Application: TSTT Future Leaders Internship Programme 2025. Over 600 young people from across Trinidad and Tobago are set to benefit from TSTT’s new national internship programme officially launched on July 31st, 2025, at Queen’s Park Oval.
Eligibility
The three-week-long internship targets citizens between the ages of 17 and 21 who are not currently employed or in full-time tertiary education.
Benefits
- Participants will gain hands-on experience in one of TSTT’s five operational streams: Technical, Sales, Customer Service, Support Services, and Quality Assurance.
- In addition to workplace training and career exposure, each intern will receive a financial stipend and digital literacy training to prepare them for the future world of work.

Requirements
Applicants must be Trinidad and Tobago nationals aged 17–21, unemployed, and not enrolled in full-time tertiary education.
Duration
The three-week programme runs from August 11 to 30, combining virtual and in-person training.
