A warm welcome to our first-year students, and welcome back to the returning students. As we prepare to start with academics, please take note of important information regarding residence registration:
Residence Re-Opening Dates
The provisions in place for accessing residences are that students can access their rooms 48 hours before the first day of the academic term. Thus, returning students are permitted to access residences as of Friday, 24 January 2025, and first-year students on 7 February 2025. ONLY students who are accepted and registered can access their residences. Should you have difficulties with check-in/request early check-in please liaise with your Residence Coordinator.
Applications and Placement Processes
The University residences are not taking any late applications. The residence placement and allocation processes are ongoing. Thus, students are required to constantly check their statuses before coming to campus.
