Managed by the IDC, this fund takes a collaborative approach to tackling unemployment by empowering social and civic organisations to drive meaningful change.
A CALL FOR PROPOSALS
Is your organisation involved in work that serves the common good? Can you create part-time work for a minimum of 1000 people for a period of at least 10 months?
Does your organisation have a solid track record of community-based work?
If so, we need you to apply to the SOCIAL EMPLOYMENT FUND The Social Employment Fund is looking for proposals which create work that serves the common good. This covers a wide spectrum of activities, such as:
Greening & the environment,Community & public art, Community safety, combatting GBV, Education support including ECD, Food security. nutrition & health,micro enterprise.
