Key considerations:
i. Rwanda Polytechnic Academic Calendar for the Year 2025/2026 applies to new students starting First year, continuing students joining the second year, and students admitted in BTech programs for the academic year 2025/2026.
ii. The registration period shall start on 29th July until 29th August 2025 for new students starting First year.
iii. The registration period for students admitted in BTech programs and continuing students joining second year shall start on 18th August 2025 until 29th August 2025.
iv. Only registered students shall be eligible to attend classes.
v. From 04th until 29th August 2025, all new students admitted in first year shall undertake a compulsory foundation program at their respective colleges. Only students who will successfully complete this program shall be eligible to attend regular classes.
vi. Regular classes for all RP students will start on 01st September, 2025.
vii. This calendar refers only to normal working days. Weekends and public holidays are not part of the working timelines considered in this calendar.
