The Program will include an induction process, on the job training rotation process and permanent placement after the completion of the program for those who exceed expectations. Our aim is to develop university graduates into competent and experienced professionals in their respective disciplines by providing hands-on experience and exposure, training and mentoring programs.

PNG Power Limited will consider graduates in the following disciplines; Electrical Engineering (Power), Electrical Engineering (Communications), Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Surveying, Lands, Architecture/Building, Computer Science, Commercial Computing, Accounting, Business Management & Human Resource Management/Psychology

To be considered you will need to be a person that has:

•  Good communication skills (Oral, Written & Interpersonal).
• Computer Literate and keen in learning.
• Strong leadership characteristics.
• Resilient.
• Have the ability to work in a team/team player.

Eligible Graduates must meet the following:

Qualifications

• Have a GPA of 3 and above in their third and fourth year of studies (current academic transcripts to be attached).
• Have completed a Degree Program within the last two years or who are eligible to graduate at a recognized university within PNG in 2025.

• A cover letter outlining why you wish to be on the graduate. program.
• Current CV..
• Copy of Degree Certificate.
• Be between the ages of 18 and 25.
• Copy of either Birth Certificate, National Identification Card (NID) or Police Clearance.
• Must be Single.
• Character Reference from Head of Department or recognized persons of standing in the community.
