Call for Application – Oodi College of Applied Arts and Technology Online Application 2025/2026. Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the following programmes offered at Oodi College of Applied Arts and Technology for the year 2025/26.
Diploma in Multimedia:Â BGCSE or its equivalent with a minimum of grade D in
English and in Mathematics, grade D in Computer Studies or ICT, grade C in Design and Technology, or Art and Design, OR
A BTEP Advanced Certificate in Multimedia or an
equivalent qualification.
Diploma in Jewellery Design and Manufacture
BGCSE or its equivalent with a minimum of grade D in English, and Mathematics, grade C in Design and Technology or Art and Design, OR
A BTEP Certificate or its equivalent in Jewellery Design and Manufacture.
Certificate in Applied Laboratory Sciences
BGCSE or its equivalent with a minimum of grade E in English and a grade C in Mathematics, grade CC in Double award Science or any two pure sciences.
Certificate in Furniture Design and Manufacture
BGCSE or its equivalent with a minimum of grade D in English, and Mathematics, grade C in Design and Technology, or Art and Design.
Certificate in Sports Recreation and Leisure
BTEP Foundation in Sport, Recreation and Leisure or equivalent qualification.
BGCSE or equivalent qualification with a minimum of grade D in Physical Education, English, Mathematics and Science,
OR
BGCSE or equivalent qualification with a minimum of grade D in English, Mathematics, and Science with proof active participation and experience in Sport, Health & Wellness activities.
How To Apply for Oodi College of Applied Arts and Technology Online Application 2025/2026
(a) Interested applicants should complete the attached application form and attach certified copies
of educational certificates and transcripts, Omang for citizens, or the biodata page of the national passport for non-citizens.
(b) Photocopied application forms are accepted.
(c) All applicants must attach at least one reference/profile and statement with records of all
achievements from previous school/rehabilitation or special unit attended.
(d) Applicants with work experience in the relevant area will be considered through
Recognition of Prior Learning in accordance with applicable policies.
(e) Special needs Groups are encouraged to apply.
(f) All Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC), Remote Area Communities (RAC) and Special
Education Needs (SEN) must provide a letter confirming status of the applicant from relevant
authorities.

3. CONDITIONS FOR ADMISSION
a) Only successful applicants will be responded to.
b) Failure to disclose accurate information will result in the applicant being disqualified and their admission revoked.
c) In the event that the College discovers that you enrolled for any qualification here stated during the course of the year, such candidate will immediately be withdrawn from the College/ you will have to seek alternative sponsorship.
d) Preference will be given to applicants who completed BGCSE or equivalent within the last two (2) years and have never been admitted to any tertiary institution for any course or benefitted in Government sponsorship (DTEF) before.
e) Citizen applicants are advised to apply for government sponsorship using the attached
sponsorship application form.
f) Self-sponsored citizen learners will only be registered upon payment or proof of payment of tuition fee for a semester or year.
g) Non-Citizen applicants will only be registered upon submission of a valid study permit and proof of payment for all the appropriate fees.
h) The annual tuition fees are P6393.00. Semester and once off payments will be calculated based on the duration of the programme.
i) The College has limited space for learner accommodation. While accommodation will be offered to new learners on a first come basis, priority will be given to OVCs, RACs, and those from very far geographical areas. Hostels fees P950.25 per annum
