NSFAS Releases 2024/2025 Payment Schedule for Accommodation, Allowances & Tuition.
The National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS) has today announced the updated payment schedule for 2025 University Accommodation and 2024 Catch-up Payments ensuring timely disbursements to NSFAS beneficiaries.
2024 Catch-Up Payments & 2025 Disbursement Schedule Released
- 2025 University Accommodation payments
Payments will be processed on Friday, 30th of May 2025.
- 2024 TVET Allowances:
Scheduled for disbursement on Tuesday the 3rd of June 2025.
- 2025 TVET Tuition :
Institutions will receive payments on Monday, 2nd of June 2025.
- 2025 University Allowances & Tuition :
Funds will be transferred to universities on Monday the 2nd of June 2025.
Please Note that incorrect or outdated details may result in failed transactions, leaving you without funds for housing.
Timely Payment of Funds
The National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS) has stressed that payments will be made on the specified date, and beneficiaries should always monitor their accounts accordingly.
Students that experirence delay in 2024 payments will also receive thier outstanding payments in batch
Steps to Update your Profile
- Log in to the NSFAS online portal
- Go to “My Details” and confirm or correct banking information.
- Students that forgot their login details can use the “Forgot Password” option to reset them.
