NESA Announces 2024/2025 Term III Boarding Students Holiday Return Schedule

Good news, NESA Announces 2024/2025 Term III Boarding Students Holiday Return Schedule – Based on the academic calendar and the holiday period for students as announced by the Ministry of Education, the National Examination and School Inspection Authority (NESA) informs school administrators, teachers, and parents that boarding students will begin returning to their homes from June 27, 2025, to June 30, 2025.

The travel schedule is organized as follows, based on the district and province where the student’s school is located:

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • Schools are required to adhere to the travel schedule as planned, ensuring students depart early to arrive home on time and wear their school uniforms.

  • Parents are requested to provide their children with transportation fare to ensure they reach their destinations.

  • Education officials at the sector and district levels are urged to monitor the process of sending students home and ensure schools comply with the schedule.

  • To facilitate student travel, students departing from Kigali or passing through Kigali to other provinces will board vehicles at “KIGALI PELE STADIUM” in NYAMIRAMBO.

  • After 3:00 PM (15h00), the stadium will be closed. No student will be allowed to arrive after this time.
