NECTA Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (ACSEE) 2026 Registration – The National Examinations Council of Tanzania wishes to inform all prospective candidates for the Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (ACSEE) in 2026 as Independent Candidates that:
The registration period for Independent Candidates has begun on 01/07/2025 until 30/09/2025. The registration fee is TZS 50,000/=. Those who register late, i.e., from 01/10/2025 until 31/10/2025, will pay TZS 65,000/=, which includes the standard fee plus a penalty.
Before registering with the Centre Head online, applicants must go to Examination Centres to obtain reference numbers issued free of charge and make fee payments through the bank using a ‘Control Number’.
Detailed explanations regarding the procedure for generating a ‘Control Number’ and registration are provided on the National Examinations Council of Tanzania website: www.necta.go.tz. Additionally, candidates who may face difficulties using the system should call 0738785945 for further assistance.
All applicants are strongly advised to ensure they register early, as the registration system will close immediately after the registration period ends.
