Customer Service Officer (CSO) – New AccountsÂ
The Customer Service Officer – New Accounts, is primarily responsible for their branch achieving their new accounts targets. The role also includes other elements of customer service to clients (such as digital channel support and addressing customer queries), as well as supporting operational aspects of the branch (such as ATM management) as directed by branch management.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer-oriented approach, and an understanding of banking products and services. The right attitude is more important than role or industry experience.
CSO Personal Lending
National Banking Corporation has a 5-year strategic plan that involves significant whole-of-business transformation.
The Customer Service Officer – Personal Lending will be primarily responsible for ensuring their branch achieves its Personal Loan lending targets. The role also includes other elements of customer service to clients (such as digital channel support and addressing customer queries), as well as supporting operational aspects of the branch as directed by branch management.

Teller
The teller will be responsible to accurately and efficiently process and record routine
transactions for bank customers including cashing cheques, accepting deposits, and
paying cash withdrawals, processing loan payments and money transfers. Promote
and advise clients on the bank’s products and services.
