mHub Call for Volunteers for Training of Trainers Program 2025 Eligibilty Criteria
- Must be a resident of Mzimba, Dedza, Salima, Machinga and Blantyre and have a deep understanding of the local community.
- Must have Knowledge or experience in basic digital skills, website development, or graphic designing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and techniques to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others to achieve project objectives.
- Proficiency in English and any local language.
