Malawi Defence Force (MDF) Updated Shortlist of Candidates for Recruitment Interviews. The Malawi Defence Force (MDF) wishes to inform the general public that it has updated the shortlist of candidates for the ongoing recruitment process following a rigorous and comprehensive vetting process of all applications.
This process was conducted to ensure the highest standards of transparency, fairness, and credibility in candidate selection. The recruitment exercise will be conducted concurrently at respective District Community Centres by Four (4) Teams as specified below. Successful candidates will soon after the interviews be ferried to Malawi Armed Forces College in Salima. Dates for recruitment per District are as follows:
All shortlisted applicants are to report for the interviews on the dates indicated for their District. Failure to report on the stipulated dates will be assumed that the candidate is no longer interested in joining MDF.
Applicants are advised to bring original MSCE certificates and national Identity cards to the Interviews. They should also bring adequate sports attire.
Candidates should take note that travel expenses will not be reimbursed. Names of the shortlisted candidates are as listed below and have been forwarded to offices of District Commissioners throughout the country.
