Call for Applications – LUANAR University Admission Into Natural Resources College Generic Undergraduate Programmes 2025/26
Minimum entry requirements:
NRC DIPLOMA
Four credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, and any two of the following subject Physical Science, Physics, Chemistry and Biology at MSCE or any comparable O-Level qualification or 3 passes with at least grade ‘C’ in Biology, Mathematics and Chemistry at A-Level or any comparable qualification.
UNDERGRADUATE DEGREE ON ECONOMIC FEES
Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE) or IGCSE ‘O’ level or its equivalent with at least six (6) credits including English, Mathematics, Biology and Physical Science (or General Science) OR at least 3 passes with grade “C” in Biology, Mathematics and Chemistry at A-Level or any comparable qualification.
UNDERGRADUATE DEGREE MATURE ENTRY
Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE) or IGCSE ‘O’ level or its equivalent with at least four (4) credit passes including English, Mathematics, Biology and Physical Science (or General Science) OR at least 3 passes with grade “C” in Biology, Mathematics and Chemistry at A-Level or any comparable qualification.; And a relevant diploma obtained from an accredited institution of higher learning; And a minimum of 2 years of relevant post-diploma work experience.
Exclusion: Candidates who were withdrawn from LUANAR or any other Public University on academic grounds and those already registered with LUANAR, or any comparable universities, are not eligible for admission.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE
a. College.
b. A complete application package MUST include:
i. For generic UGCD -2025-2026 and UGME-2025-2026 application form;
ii. Copies of all relevant certificates which are being used for the application. These must be duly certified by the Commissioner of Oaths as true copies of the originals;
iii. Proof of payment of an appropriate application fee bearing the applicant’s name and the amount of application fee paid.
iv. Proof of English language proficiency, for international candidates whose first language is not English.
INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS SHALL NOT BE PROCESSED!
c. All applicants are strictly required to deposit a non-refundable application fee of K20,000.00 for Malawian and $35.00 for international applicants the following NRC FEES BANK ACCOUNT:
