HRM CIRCULAR NO. 30 OF 2025
SUBMISSION OF DETAILS OF ASSISTANTS APPROVED FOR APPOINTMENT IN PHASE 5 OF PYEI-BEEI
The appointment of Assistants for Phase 5 of BEEI had to be undertaken in accordance with HRM Circulars No. 23 and 27 of 2025. Following the verification process to confirm full compliance, the schools would receive “Offer of Employment” letters and Assistants who accepted the offer are required to immediately assume duties and submit the requested documents.
The details of the Assistants who received the “Offer of Employment” and have assumed duties are now required so that their information may be captured on the relevant payment system. For this purpose, it will be appreciated if ALL participating Schools could capture those details of the approved Assistants in the link to be utilized for bulk upload onto the payment system. The link is being sent to all schools.
The link need not be populated if the Assistants have not received the “Offer of Employment” letters. Verification processes are being implemented to confirm that this is complied with.
The links populated and submitted by Wednesday, 18 June 2025 will be uploaded for payment to be effected by 30 June 2025. All submissions of Assistants’ details subsequent to that date will be paid in the following month.
The content of this Circular must be brought to the attention of all employees and officials under your supervision.
