Eligibility Requirements
To qualify, applicants must meet the following conditions:
Be a Zambian citizen with a valid Green National Registration Card (NRC).
Be a school leaver admitted for the 2026 academic year to any of the following approved institutions:
Natural Resources Development College (NRDC), Lusaka
Zambia College of Agriculture, Monze
Zambia College of Agriculture, Mpika
Be 29 years old or younger at the time of application.
Must have been accepted to pursue a Diploma in one of the following fields:
Crop Science
Horticulture
Soil Science
General Agriculture or Sustainable Agriculture

Scholarship Coverage
The HELSB–SeedCo Scholarship provides comprehensive support to ensure selected students can focus on their studies. The benefits include:
Full tuition fees
Accommodation fees at the respective institutions
A monthly stipend paid when classes are in session
Internship opportunities during or after studies, as guided by SeedCo policies
The award is not transferable between institutions, so applicants should confirm their choice of college before applying.

a) An application letter responding to the advertisement;
b) A photocopy of the applicant’s NRC.
c) A photocopy of the 2026 academic year Admission Letter from listed institutions;
d) A photocopy of Grade 12 Statement of Results or Certificate;
