In todays latest HELSB News –  The Higher Education Loans and Scholarships Board, (HELSB) Acting Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Floyd Ndabulula, led a delegation from the Higher Education Student Loans Board (HESLB) of Tanzania for a courtesy call on Public Service Management Division (PSMD) Assistant Director Mr. Daniel Kalebaila, at his office in Lusaka.

The meeting signified a pivotal effort to enhance the human resource development framework tasked with improving public service management within the education sector.
