In todays latest HELSB News – HELSB Advances Human Capital and Loan Recovery Dialogue at ZIHRM AGM. The Higher Education Loans and Scholarships Board (HELSB) Zambia, under the leadership of Mr. Clyde Siamachoka, Deputy Director – Human Capital and Administration, is proudly participating in the 2025 Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM) Annual General Meeting, currently taking place in Livingstone under the theme “Workplace Revolution: Culture and Leadership for the Future.”
On Day 1 (14th May 2025), HELSB contributed meaningfully to the proceedings, with Mr. Siamachoka delivering a powerful presentation on loan recovery and it’s Importance.
His session underscored the essential role of financial sustainability in ensuring continued access to higher education for Zambian students.
The day also featured rich discussions on mindset transformation, HR analytics, and industrial relations, all aimed at reimagining leadership and organizational culture.
