Call for Application – Google Summer of Code (GSOC) 2025 For Young Developers (Paid). It’s a paid opportunity for contributing to open source projects. Open source communities in general work for free but Google decided to promote the work and pays around $3500 USD for 3 months of work.
Google Summer of Code is a global, online program focused on bringing new contributors into open source software development. GSoC Contributors work with an open source organization on a 12+ week programming project under the guidance of mentors.
The Mentoring Organizations have been announced.
If you want to participate this year, It is very important to reach out to the organizations that you are interested in as soon as possible.
