Description: CSA (Cricket South Africa/Company) is the national governing body for the sport of cricket in South Africa and administers all aspects of South African cricket

Continuous Coaching & Development: Receive mentorship and day-to- day guidance from experienced leaders. Main Purpose of the Job To participate in a 24-month program, as an HR Intern.
Key Performance Areas: • Assist in projects that have a real impact, from assessing organizational needs to improving processes or collaborating directly with key functions. You’ll develop a deep understanding in areas like Employee engagement, Benefits & compensation, Recruitment & training.
Skills & Qualification: • Exceptional MS Excel and Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite ( Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to assimilate and summarize information
• Pay attention to detail & accuracy
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively both orally and in written correspondence/Reports
• Completed degree in HR, Business, or related field (Postgraduate qualification is a plus)
• Demonstrates personal accountability and urgency in completing assignments and achieving results
• Ability to research and use AI tools
• Self-motivated and high level of initiative
• Positive attitude with a passion for fast-paced environments
