Botswana Examinations Council Submission Deadline of 2025 Applications for Access Arrangements. The Botswana Examinations Council (BEC) would like to inform all Private & School going candidates who have registered or are yet to register for the 2025 examinations that the submission deadline of applications for access arrangements is 30 June 2025.
An application is complete when it comprises of; a signed and complete application form & a diagnostic assessment report both received at BEC before the stipulated deadline. Private candidates should apply directly to the BEC while Centres should apply on behalf of School Candidates.

Centres and private candidates are encouraged to adhere to the deadline to avoid disadvantaging any candidate and to allow BEC time to process applications and give feedback on time as some applications may or may not be successful following their review.
The documents; guidelines and application forms, may be accessed from the BEC website . It is important that the correct procedure is followed when applying for access arrangements.
Whilst every effort will be made to cater for all applicants, BEC regrets that applications received after the deadline will not be accepted.
