Botswana Examinations Council (BEC) JCE Private Candidates 2025 JCE Registration Closed – The Botswana Examinations Council would like to inform the public that the registration of the 2025 JCE Private Candidates was closed on 31 March 2025.
Please note that registration includes capturing of data into the system as well as completion of the payment. To that end, BEC will not accept any registration including payments made after deadline of 31 March 2025.
Registered candidates should note the following:
- Candidates must download their statement of entries on time before the start of examination. To print your statement of entry, you must log on to your existing registration in Malepa with your application number and password.”‘
- Any submission of syllabus or option amendment made after the closing date will attract a penalty as per the Registration Guidelines.
- Penalties are however not applied for changes made on candidate names, date of birth and ID number. The changes on candidate names, date of birth and ID number can be made until after the results are published.
- Candidates who wish to request for transfers should use the EA/RM/P02/F03 – Candidate Transfer Request Form. Such requests should be done no more than one (1) month after the closing date for registration. After the closing date of 30 April 2025, no candidate will be allowed to request for transfer.
