In harmonisation with the spirit of the Yuletide, the Chairman of Bayelsa State Environmental Sanitation Authority, Hon. Timothy Diekivie Itiedu has once again extended a hand of benevolence to the staff community of the Authority by providing bags of Rice, a giant cow, Goat, and cash gifts to mark the festive season.
While presenting the palliatives, Hon. Timothy opined that Yuletide is a unique season in the calendar year, and admonished the staffers to celebrate the Christmas with love and high hope that the coming year will offer better opportunities.
He seized the opportunity to urge them not to relent their support for Gov. Douye Diri’s ASSURED Agenda, and admonished them to use this festive period to pray for our dearly beloved Bayelsa State to flourish in continuous development, so we can celebrate the coming years in abundance and fulfillment.
In random remarks, Staff of the Authority appreciated Hon. Timothy who they fondly calls “our own Chairman” for the kind gesture extended to them, with many expressing overwhelming surprise.
With wild jubilations they reaffirmed their commitment to work collaboratively with the Sanitation Boss and his teaming Board members to achieve the desired results of Keeping Bayelsa State Sparkling Clean and Green.
However, the Christmas palliatives were evenly shared to every staff of the Authority from high ranked staff to the least.
