Applications are open for The National Health Fellows Programme 2025 for Nigerian Youths (Monthly Stipend).The National Health Fellows Programme offers young Nigerians the chance to shape the future of the nation’s healthcare system. Led by the Federal Ministry of Health and Social Welfare through the Health Sector Renewal Investment Initiative, this 12-month fellowship builds leadership capacity in public health and related fields. Fellows gain practical experience, mentorship, and training to drive change in their communities and contribute to a stronger national health system.

Eligibility/Requirements
- Must be between the ages of 25 and 35.
- Bachelor’s degree (health-related, IT, or social sciences).
- Demonstrable interest/ or Experience in Public health OR health-related NGO and partner organisations OR community projects that demonstrate leadership and initiative.
- Candidates must be available to participate full-time in the fellowship programme.
- Candidates must be an indigene of the state being applied for.
- Candidates must possess smartphones with data capabilities i.e. for WhatsApp, Zoom etc.
- Recommendation from the University Dean OR NYSC place of primary assignment, or a respected organisation demonstrating character and leadership.
- Demonstrated analytical skills and entrepreneurial drive.

- Resume (CV).
- Birth Certificate or an Affidavit of age declaration.
- State of Origin Certificate.
- Degree Certificate.
- NYSC Discharge Certificate.

Duration
The fellowship lasts 12 months and provides participants with training, fieldwork, and mentorship.
