Academic Qualifications and Work Experience

Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • KCSE Grade D Plain and above
  • Valid Driving License: B, C1, C, D1, D2, D3
  • Valid Institutional PSV badge
  • At least five (5) years of relevant driving experience, preferably operating a bus in a reputable organization
  • Basic computer skills
  • Defensive driving course certificate
  • First aid training
  • Knowledge of Nairobi routes and surrounding areas
  • Suitability test from the Ministry of Transport
  • Safety course certification
  • Basic mechanics course is an added advantage
  • Valid special license for shovel/tractor (for plant operator position)
