SELECTION CRITERIA:
Unemployed South African citizens with a valid SA ID
Aged between 18 – 35
Have a matric certificate or equivalent
Added advantages to those with tertiary studies in tourism or environmental fields
Able to speak and read English
Live within 40 – 100km of the site or national park
Have your own reliable transport (accommodation may be provided) far from the gala!
Willing to work flexible hours (weekends, public holidays, etc.)
Love tourism and want to grow in the sector
Previous TMP participants are not eligible to apply
