Call for Application – PepsiCo 2025 Learnship x46 Opportunities for South Africans. PepsiCo, in partnership with Optimum Learning Technologies, is recruiting 46 sales learners at different sites nationally.

SCREENING

Applicants will undergo a screening process and be placed on a 12-month structured learning program combining:

• Theoretical training
• Practical workplace experience

Program Outcomes:

• Understanding of marketing & brand management principles

• Practical competence in:

  • Sales & negotiation skills

  • Promotion techniques

  • Customer satisfaction optimization

  • Complaint handling

  • Team collaboration

  • Compliance & legislative knowledge

*Successful candidates will:

• Complete a 12-month leadership program

• Earn 155 credits

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• 3-year Diploma/Degree in:

  • Sales | Marketing | Entrepreneurship

  • Business Admin (Logistics/Supply Chain) with Marketing

• Certified copies of:

  • Academic certificates

  • RSA ID document

• Valid code 10 manual driver’s license

• Ability to drive a Crafter vehicle

• Active bank account & SARS number

• No experience required

• Willingness to relocate
