Call for Application – Milenge Town Council Constituency Development Fund (CDF) 2026 Application. Milenge Town Council is pleased to announce that it has commenced receiving applications for the Constituency Development Fund (CDF) for 2026. Eligible residents of Zambia Milenge Constituency are invited to apply for funding in the following categories:
1. Community Projects: Funding for community-based projects that benefit the residents of Milenge Constituency.
2. Secondary Boarding Schools and Skills Development Bursaries: Financial assistance for students pursuing secondary education and skills development programs.
3. Women, Youth and Community Empowerment Grants: Support for women, youth and community groups to promote empowerment and economic development.

Milenge Town Council Constituency Development Fund (CDF) 2026 Application Process
Application forms can be accessed from the following offices:
– Milenge Town Council (Department of Planning)
– Ward Development Committees in all 15 wards of Milenge Constituency
– Milenge Constituency Parliamentary Office
Submission Deadline
Completed application forms for 2026 CDF must be submitted by Friday, 25th July 2025.
Eligibility:
Only eligible residents of Milenge Constituency are allowed to apply. Please ensure you meet the necessary requirements before submitting your application.
